Color War Ends with a Tefila Win and Avnet Arrives

The past week we have been so busy in camp with the many color war activities.  It broke out early Thursday at breakfast and it was non-stop action until Shabbat.  Shabbat was peaceful with a truce on campus.  Motzaei Shabbat a dance contest was held.  Sunday was a fun filled day of sports and presentations in the evening.

When all the scores were totaled Tefila was the winner.  The announcement was followed by immediate interaction between both teams as they celebrated the achdut that they share.

Monday, Camp Avnet arrived to a day full of action and enjoyment.  Pictures are up of all the color war events, Avnet\'s arrival, girls\' campus and boys\' MFL.

Teen Girls Run Marathon for Gush Katif Brides

Over 20 teen girls participated in the Teen Girls\\\' 3 Mile Marathon.  We are so proud of all of our participants!  Congratulations to Sarah Chubak and Sophia Blumenstrauch for finishing first, Eliana Gross for finishing second and Sapir Ophir for finishing third.

Over $260 was raised for the charity Gush Katif Brides.  Thank you to all those who supported our Tzedakah project.

And They\'re Off...Our lower camp campers just boarded buses for an exciting inter-camp day.  Camps Mesorah, Morasha, Moshava and Lavi are all hosting campers today for a four-way intercamp extravaganza.  We are expecting teens from other camps on our campus later this morning.  Stay tuned for photos and updates later.
Paintball Course Has Opened!Camp Mesorah is happy to announce the opening of its new paintball course.  Today, campers were able to gear up and run the course while playing capture the flag, last man standing and capture Osama.  Check out the pictures in our photo gallery.
Campers Enjoy the First Big Trip of the Season!

The lower camp spent the day yesterday at Hershey Park.  Campers and counselors enjoyed riding the rides with very few lines to wait.  Everyone enjoyed the chocolatey atmosphere.

Teens spent the day at Six Flags Great Adventures, where they too experienced very short waits for rides.  The day was long but it was worth it.

New photos have been posted (and will continue to be posted).  Check them out in the photo section.

New Pictures DailyNew pictures are added to the website on a daily basis.  Make sure to check the previous day or two because new folders may have been added.

Eddie L
Team Effort Thank you Joe. David called today and said that the other kids were passing to him. He was happy. One of his school friends is bothering him. He told me he spoke to you about it. Thank you for trying to help him. I want to thank you for the hospitality you and your wife showed when we brought David up to camp. You are both very warm, accomodating and hospitable. It makes me feel good to know I placed my son under the care of such nice people.
